Our Refund Policy
If your order has not yet shipped, full refund
can be granted if requested within 3 days of payment.
If your order has shipped, full refund minus 15%
handling charge and restocking charge (for books and kits) is available
within 30 days. The original shipping charge will not be refunded
since we can't get it back.
To get your refund:
Send your entire packet back, all documents and
certificates, minister manual (if ordered and you want a refund
for that, too), wallet cards, etc.
Once we receive them, the Board will issue a refund or partial refund
as described above within 30 days.
After 30 days if you decide you want a refund, we will consider
refund requests on a case by case basis. Refunds after a year or
more would not be more than 50% of tuition, and again would be decided
on a case by case basis.
What to Do if you want a refund after 30 days or
more:
1. Send your entire packet back, all documents
and certificates, minister manual (if ordered and you want a refund
for that, too), wallet cards, etc. (Minister manuals that are damaged
or written in will not be eligible for refund, so you might want
to just keep them).
2. Include a written request for a refund and the
reason you are requesting a refund.
Once we receive the above, the Board will consider
your request for a refund at our very next meeting. We will review
your case, all your communication with us and make our decision.
A 50% refund is something we will consider, and would probably come
to you in the form of a check, not by PayPal since PayPal only allows
refunds for 30 days.
Note: Just because you are declared a minister
no longer in good standing with this organization does not mean
you are entitled to a refund of tuition you paid two years earlier!

Please Note: No one has ever requested a refund
in all our years until just recently (April 2007). One disgruntled
person who doesn't like the way we run our discussion forums (he
wants to be able to say any insulting thing he chooses) asked for
a refund of his minister tuition paid two years ago.
